Return Policy

Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

  • Must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.
  • For lost packages, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice any issues with your order, please submit a problem report immediately.

Returns Process

  • Return addresses vary depending on the supplier.
  • When we receive a returned shipment, we'll send you an email notification.
  • Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days.

Address Issues

  • If you provide an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to the supplier's facility.
  • You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.

Unclaimed Shipments

  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the supplier's facility.
  • You will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

Health and Hygiene Items

We do not accept returns of sealed goods (e.g., face masks) for health and hygiene reasons.

Customer-Initiated Returns

  • Contact us before returning any products.
  • We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse (except for customers in Brazil, subject to specific conditions).
  • Size exchanges and returns are offered at our discretion and your expense.

EU Consumer Rights

According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to personalized goods or unsealed goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

  3. DO NOT SEND RETURNS BEFORE CONTACTING US.
  4. The return address is not our business address and will be provided upon approval of the return.

Any returns sent to our address will be returned to the sender.
